Nestled in the heart of County Down is the exclusive and unique The Carriage Rooms wedding venue, which is part of the beautiful Montalto Estate in Ballynahinch.
It was here on Sunday the 16th September where the magic happened! Some of Northern Ireland’s finest wedding suppliers came together for an Autumn inspired photoshoot. Organised by Paula from Hello, Sugar Photography, the bridal shoot offered local photographers the opportunity to come together to network and show their stuff in an idyllic location.
On an afternoon where The Carriage Rooms are usually at peace, it was buzzing with excitement and expectation. The models Dee and Paddy (natives of Enniscrone and Donegal) travelled the whole way from Dublin to take part, and I think everyone will agree there were no better couple to work with! Friendly and enthusiastic, they threw themselves into their role and as you can see from these images – the camera absolutely loved them!
As the shoot was Autumn inspired, Dee’s makeup reflected the season with a rich plum on the lip, soft browns and coppers on the eye and warmth added to the skin to create depth. Nicole on hair duty created a soft upstyle which enabled a stunning head piece from Deborah K Design to sit beautifully.
Styling was done by the inspiring This Old Home, with Honey Bee Blooms on flower duties. Stationary was provided by Freckles and Fern, whilst Away With The Mixer showed their stuff with some beautiful cake artistry. Ivy and White provided the dresses, and dress design was done by This Modern Love Bridal.
The local creative photographers who attended were Photography by Melissa NI, The Martins Photography, Sam Wolsey Photography, Ryan Diver Photography, Sharon Kee Photography, Jonathan Kerr Photography, and Jennifer Nicole Photography.
Take a look and I think you will agree this is wedding inspiration at it’s finest!
